A Novel High-Voltage Gain Step-Up DC–DC Converter with Maximum Power Point Tracker for Solar Photovoltaic Systems

In order to generate electricity from solar PV modules, this study proposed a novel high-voltage gain step-up (HVGSU) DC–DC converter for photovoltaic system operation with maximum power point (MPP) tracker. The array can supply the load via converter, increasing output voltage. Due stochastic nature of energy, arrays must use MPPT control approach function at MPP. This suggests HVGSU that uses primary boost conversion cell and combines switched capacitors voltage multiplier cells. topology is upgradeable be incorporated as well. A clamp circuit reuses energy leaks out so switch stress loss are kept minimum. One thing makes it stand on diodes stays low constant even duty cycle changes. Additionally, inductor greatly reduces diodes’ reverse recovery losses. There lot information about steady-state analyses, principles, design guidelines. prototype built test tracking 20–40 V 380 150 W. results experiments support theoretical analysis claimed benefits. has ability track high efficiency over wide range power. weighted 90–96% shown by prototype.
